Blu-ray Coming Soon to iTunes?

All the Apple fanboys are finally getting some Blu-ray love. BoyGeniusReport reports that one of iTunes 9’s newest features will be Blu-ray support.

The timing seems right. The annual Apple media event is just around the corner and this seems like that type of announcement that would make that agenda. Other improvements include the ability to visually organize and arrange your iPhone and iPod touch. There is also a Twitter/Facebook/Last.fm integration. We’re not sure what that is exactly, but I guess you’ll be able to instantly broadcast to your friends what songs you’re listening to?

I guess we will have to wait for Apple to officially announce this until we know for sure and get concrete data. It’s fun to speculate nonetheless.
